It helps to create a business environment with the area measuring not more than 2000 sq. ft. The main aim of the centre is to create business sustainability in Dubai.
The cost of an office can be reduced annually by renting out space not more than 50 sqft that has the approval of business sustainability that meets the regulations of DED. The co-working space comes with many limitations such as
- It is not available for business activities that demand bigger space for office.
- There are limitations on Visa approvals on each desk and may vary according to the business activities
One must register for Shared Office Space in Dubai for Mainland License. They must choose an appropriate centre for business sustainability and also book a shared office space according to the requirements. One must make a Tenancy Contract and Internal agreement and must submit to the Economic Department of Dubai.

DED is well recognized with the working space which finds its place in the Business Sustainability Centre. It is important to hold 50 sqft with approval of sustainability centre, where the whole process meets the regulations of DED.
Cost and Availability of Shared Work space
There are many business centres that offer Shared Work space starting from 1800 AED monthly. The cost highly depends upon the area and the location of the centre.
